Heel pain is not only frustrating but it can also cause someone to limp and ache all over because the body is attempting to shift the pressure off the foot. Heel pain is usually because of a microscopic tearing of a thick, strong ligament that attaches to the heel of the foot causing a medical condition known as “plantar fasciitis.” The sooner you go to a doctor, the better.
